1) The first is third-party certification for green building programs such as Energy Star. We will work with you throughout the entire process, helping you choose which program and features are best suited for your aspirations. Even if you decide that a formal program is not the best approach, we can help you select the approach and features that are. These programs provide credibility to any energy-efficient, green, or other claim you may make about your building. Buyers are looking for green features both for cultural, moral and economic reasons. In today's tight market, builders are looking for ways to distinguish their work from the rest of the field. Among other benefits, going green is one of, if not the, best way of doing this. In addition, once we have approved the green features of your building, we may be able to link you with prospective buyers and help you market your efforts.
