Greenmodeling is participating in this innovative initiative to increase awareness and practice of environmental stewardship and sustainable, or green, living. We are partnering with neighborhoods and neighborhood associations to provide as great an impact as possible. The basics of the program are described below. If you are a neighborhood leader, consider partnering with us to green your neighborhood. Making homes more green can improve the sense of community in your neighborhood, increase property values, lower utility bills and improve comfort. We provide discounts on individual audits to residents of partner neighborhoods.
If you are not a leader in your neighborhood, consider encouraging your leaders to partner with us so you can benefit from this discount. However, we don't want interested individuals to miss out if their neighborhood is not a partner. That's why we have created another discount scheme that is not dependent on being a resident of a partner neighborhood. We will provide discounts if a group of 4 to 6 homes in a common area can schedule audits for the same day.
